PLEASE NOTE! Our prices, grades, colors, are subject to change without notice, as our stock is sold and replenished. Each individual ponytail may vary slightly; from each other according to length, grade, texture, and color, but we offer no implied guarantee. There is no way of determining the specifications of each unique ponytail. For our raw virgin hair, quality differs from bundle to bundle and can be greatly affected by the donor’s health &/or nutrition. Please keep in mind that most hair is collected from impoverished countries. 

We sell in the metric system, and there are slight weight, and length differentiations in Metric to USA Standard conversions. QB Wig Collections values each and every relationship with our clients and we truly appreciate your patronage. To offer the best online shopping experience, we are here to provide you with any information needed to assist you in making the most confident and informed purchase possible.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, it is considered a final sale and cannot be cancelled. All collections are custom made to order.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Price adjustments will not be made, once an order has been placed. The pricing reflected at the time of checkout is considered final and will NOT be adjusted. Any and all promotional pricing will ONLY be valid during the time period allotted by QB Wig Collections. There will be NO exceptions.

 

RETURNS

In order to maintain the highest levels of sanitation and quality control, we can NOT accept returns or exchanges of our human hair, under ANY circumstances. Therefore, we request that you ask any questions you may have before purchase of the product. Questions should be sent to qbwigcollections@gmail.com for immediate response. All other products and accessories are final sale.

 

PROCESSING, SHIPPING, and POTENTIAL DELAYS

Each order placed with QB Wig Collections is considered a custom order and therefore processing and shipping time frames differ based on the specific hair collection and product. All orders are processed in the order they are received. We do NOT advise that you wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have an event, hair appointment, and/or deadline, it is advised that your order be placed far enough in advance to account for our processing and shipping time frames, as well as delivery time and possible delays by the shipping vendors. It is further suggested that appointments be made after the product is in your possession instead of prior to. We are NOT responsible for missed appointments. Each collection/product has its own processing time which can be found in the description of each item. Please note that processing time is separate and apart from the delivery time of the carrier.

 

PROCESSING TIMES BASED ON COLLECTIONS: 

Custom Wigs: Processing takes approximately 12-14 Business Days. Shipping is separate.

Customization Request: If you are requesting any additional customization to any products including but not limited to, “Read To Ship” Wigs, Hair Extensions, or Locs, processing takes an additional 7 business days.  Shipping is separate.

All Other Products/ Collections: Unless otherwise specified, processing takes approximately 2-4 Business Days. Shipping is separate.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer a variety of shipping methods for international shipping. Please be advised that the customer is responsible for any and all customs duty and/or tax fees.

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping information at the time an order is placed. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred, as a result, of a bad address provided by the customer.

 

FAILED DELIVERIES, REFUSED SHIPMENTS

No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries or refused shipments. NO exceptions. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping information at the time an order is placed.

 

LOST SHIPMENTS

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us immediately. We will contact the shipping vendor immediately and open an investigation, as appropriate. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost, you order will be resent.

 

POLICY CHANGES

QB Wig Collections reserves the right to revise the terms, pricing, and procedure, at any time and at our complete and full discretion.
